They were always professional, communicated well and finished ahead of schedule. Tom let me know when and who was coming and how long they would be here. They were great to work with. Coming back in Fall to work on my break water.

This was a fantastic experience. Tom returned my call promptly and came out within a few days to do an estimate. I showed him a few pictures of what we were thinking; he discussed stone types and their pros and cons, particularly with regard to cost. He communicated with me regularly about the expected start date and came out a few days before the start of the work to go over the project with us. The work started Monday morning and was complete by Tuesday; he checked in to see if we were satisfied with the final project. It looks amazing, and exactly like what we had envisioned. I would recommend him without hesitation - first quality work, attention to detail and regular communication throughout the process. If only every contractor was like this!!

Honestly, I have never had a better experience with a contractor. From the minute I spoke with Tom, to when he came to provide me an estimate, to when he and his crew installed the patio, I have never experienced a smoother transaction. Tom and team showed up exactly when they said they would, did exactly what they said they would, and charged me exactly what he said he would. What more can one ask? The results were fantastic. We are so happy with our new patio. Several neighbors have already asked me to provide contact info so they could reach out to Courtyard Concepts. Personally, I am so pleased with the interaction and the results that my wife and I are already planning our next project where we will again employ Courtyard Concepts. I wish there was an option to rate them A+ instead of A. They earned it.

Tom and his team were true professionals. Tom was very responsive with all of my questions via email and during the quote process. He did not try to over sell other options like some other companies did. His team went above and beyond in the design of the patio. I had some leveling issues in my back yard that Tom and his team easily adjusted to make sure the patio came out level and pitched away from the house. His team was on time each day and completed the patio in two days time. clean up of the area was also nicely done. I would definitely use his team again for a future project if needed. His prices were also very reasonable compared to some others in the Westford, Littleton, Acton area.

These guys provided us the most INCREDIBLE service from any company we have ever dealt with! They showed up in the snow, sleet, and rain! They were there every single morning and were pleasant, respectful, and friendly. The owner, Tom Hunt, is very professional, honest, and a true gentleman. We did the patio a year after the pool deck. We called them last week to say that due to the heavy snow, a couple of the pavers sunk in the upper patio. They showed up THE NEXT DAY to assess and came back the day after that and fixed it in the rain! The best thing you will ever do is hire this company to do your work. You will refer them to all of your friends!
