They completed the whole job on a Saturday and even were able to work around receiving a skylight that was incorrectly sized by the manufacturer. Since then, I also hired Stella to replace the decking on my balcony (which took about a week), and also a couple small jobs like painting the outside of our three-story home, replacing some rotting baseboard, and installing new gutters. The baseboard job came up while we were doing a landscaping project, Milton from Stella came quickly on short notice to keep that project on schedule. Milton goes above and beyond -- I saw him stay late to fix something that I think the landscapers were supposed to do. "During the quoting process we were not pressured to use any certain product, or to secure any certain time to have this done. It was all up to us. When we asked for their suggestion, they were honest and informed us of which we did not see such as the darker shingles would tend to make the roof warmer than the lighter ones. "I had to have the roof of my garage replaced and I got a very good estimate from these guys and I engaged them to do it. They were professional and had to do a fair amount of restoring of rotted wood and had to remove three layers of asphalt shingles off my old garage. Anyway, they did this for $3,310 for a 300 sq ft roof. That was a far lower estimate than the other places that I got estimates from. The quality of the work is wonderful and they did an excellent job of cleaning the interior of my garage because when you think about it, for most roof replacements, the dirt is up in your attic. My garage is a workshop with benches and shelves everywhere and they did a very good job of cleaning up afterwards. I give these guys an unqualified recommendation."

"Given the experience with the roof repair (reviewed herein), I contacted Abalia for help in completing a project I had started: screening in the open front porch to our log cabin. As the entire cabin is constructed of cedar logs, no straight edges, walls, etc. Screening in openings was straight forward (I did most of this), but the porch needed to be segmented (screened-in area, open area) requiring a wall and door to be constructed. Khaled arrived with all the necessary tools (which I did not have), and in short order (4 hours) had constructed the porch divider wall. Very happy with the end product, as we just completed our first warm season with no bugs on the porch!"
