Now, they are NOT returning my deposit in spite of telling me they will. I've texted them three times and am now sending a letter requesting my money back. It's been over two months and I am still chasing them. As of today, they have NOT responded to a BBB complaint!"

Great service and awesome pricing. Today Lacey is free to roam our property at her will and not ours. No more tethering or leashing. I can't say enough about Corey. His work is just amazing as he trained our Lacey Girl by showing her the flags and how far she could go before the beeps would go off. She's got this down to a science. They have been doing it for 20 years! When his worker shows up at our house 3 days ago, first thing he asked if we have the collar! I said I already told Brian that we don’t have it, and he said that is ok! The worker said “no point of fixing it since we don’t have the collar and today will cost me $285 since they are here. I said Brian didn’t mention about the cost today. They said they give me a discount, only pay $185 today. I paid $185 but very upset at how bad services this company has. Such a scam! I want to alert everyone about them!"
