"Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. Once somebody actually did speak with me, they were very responsive. They were pretty professional when I spoke to them. I just think that they were light on manpower."

Regarding the "timely" comment.....I had to reschedule due to family conflict----Sean and Melissa both outstanding in responding and communicating with me. "Very satisfied! There was a storm brewing during the timeframe they were supposed to come out. Called and said we needed to reschedule. Was quickly resceduled to an agreeable time and day a couple of days away. They came out promptly and took care of the repalcements. We had the lights for them to install. All went well and would definitely use them again."

"I expected the wires to be hid in the wall. This was not part of the deal. Also, the bracket was not centered on the wall."

"It went very well. Two rooms needed new lines for overhead lighting, wiring replaced to the porch (which actually was in a very dangerous condition) and did a fair bit of work on our electrical box. Hoping to have him back in a bit to replace more and put in a new ceiling fan for the kitchen."

"I sent the money and dimensions in in November 2011.  She responded back very quickly, informed me that she was very busy and wouldn't be able to start on my project for a couple of weeks.  I actually responded that that was fine.  After a month or so with no contact, i emailed.  She emailed  right back, apologized and asked for some more measurements.  I sent them.  Didn't hear anything, when in response to inquiry, she asked again for living room measurements-- that was Feb. 3rd.  On Feb. 20th, I emailed and asked for timeline.  She responded back the next day with 3 designs asking for my preference.  I emailed back on the 22nd of Feb with my preference.  On March 16th, I inquired again as to timeline for completion.Two weeks later she sent a concept board with some furnishings.  No window coverings or lights were suggested.  Three were multiple rugs with no direction of which one for each room.  All and all, not a pleasant experience.  I suspect I could have gotten better service using Pottery Barn's free design service (especially since most of the furnishings came from there.)"
