After receiving estimates from a few different installers, we chose to go with Northeast Solar for our whole-home solar system - and we are very glad that we did! Our experience with Northeast Solar was beyond our expectations. From design to installation, everyone was professional, approachable and knowledgable. The system is now cranking out a generous wattage on every sunny day, and a fair amount on the less than sunny ones. Questions were answered in a very timely manner. Once installed, the system was explained to us in detail, with offers of continuing support with everything from system maintenance to utilization of various tax incentives. Super grateful to everyone at Northeast Solar for making my bucket list hippie dream of Net Zero living one giant step closer!

Northeast Solar did a great job with our solar panel design and install. Their timeline was accurate and they kept the ball rolling with the many bureaucratic and technical steps necessary to get it done. An expensive project, but they did come in just under other estimates for the same job. We are thankful they completed our project just before the SREC/SMART transition.

Northeast Solar was a pleasure to work with, from start to finish. They designed and installed a working PV system on my home's rooftop. Workmanship was excellent. They walked me through the process, stayed in very close communication throughout the project, answered all my questions. The system is operational and performing beautifully. The entire team provided excellent service and support. My wife actually describes the rooftop panels as "beautiful!" It's only been a week, but I'm delighted to see the system generating more electricity than my house has been consuming -- building up energy credits that will be useful during the low-light winter months. I got quotes from other providers, but Northeast was top notch on price & quality. And they continue to support me after the final payment has been made! I'm a super satisfied customer and cannot recommend Northeast Solar enough!

After interviewing many solar companies, we chose Northeast Solar because they were the easiest to work with and there was no hard sell. Rusty answered all our questions and designed a system that was right for us. They handled all permits and paperwork quickly and efficiently. We were up and running 11 weeks after signing the contracts.

Northeast solar was very professional, beginning to end. They offered an initial estimate over the phone on the first day I called, using satellite data to look at possible roof surfaces. Then Zack set up an appointment, where he patiently and thoroughly explained all the pricing and technical issues. We had two other estimates, but found that Northeast with superior both technically and in terms of customer service.

I found NorthEast Solar via [*** Link removed ***] (a site recommended by Consumer Reports). NorthEast submitted a competitive bid via that site. (Not all solar installers which market to our area are willing to work thru Energy Sage (that site allows apples-to-apples comparison of bids). NorthEast provided clear explanations and provided helpful loan provider recommendations. The installation, including all inspections, was completed in two days! (I am sure this was part serendipity regarding weather and inspector schedules and part wonderful planning) NorthEast answered any questions that I had quickly and clearly. All staff and subcontractors were polite and efficient - a pleasure to deal with!

Great! Their sales rep (Zach) is very knowledgeable and responsive, answered all our questions. When we signed up we were assured of a installation time (several months out) that would just get us in under the wire for the SREC-II program. We were concerned about meeting the schedule (as contractors seem to be always late in when they can actually get to you), but they made it on time, actually a week or two ahead. We liked that N.E. Solar was thorough and perhaps even a bit conservative, not overpromising about what they could deliver in terms of technology or timing. Overall we've been impressed, and they've stayed responsive to our questions since then. It's been about 4 months since it's gone into service, and we're happy seeing $0.00 due on our electric bills.

Couldn't have gone better. The utility caused delays and Northeast Solar was pretty busy but they installed the system earlier than expected. Everyone was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

The whole process, from the initial conversations to the feasibility study and then to the actual installation was seamless. The whole team were a pleasure to work with. I was first approached by Vivint a while back and had a disappointing experience with their sales representatives who were not punctual, were disrespectful, and not very customer service oriented. Zach came by the house one day to introduce himself. He was courteous, professional, and knew how to built a relationship based on credibility and trust. After he set up the contract, Ann and the installation team have been flawless in their planning and even worked around a few inconveniences that I brought up. They didn't complain and worked around the challenges. If you're interested in solar, this company will impress you.

It went very smoothly, no hitches, all questions answered, professional, helpful, responsive and willing to explain anything I didnt understand. I was not able to be present for some of the process myself - they easily worked with someone else in my stead but kept in touch with me at a distance. I am very happy with my choice to go with Northeast Solar.
