"I bought a house and barn 1 year ago.The 2 story barn had been neglected for 30 years. The roof leaked about 1-2 gallons per rain storm.Some roof boards were rotted. In the Fall of 2015 I called about 8 roofers that advertised in the local paper. No one called me back.I'm a retired carpenter and construction site supervisor and I was surprised at the lack of interest in my barn! Sure it's 100 years old and has only 800 square feet of roof but why can't a contractor make money on " small jobs " like this? I gave up looking till spring when I found the Durable Remodeling website. The idea of listening to the customers concerns and doing it right the first time are timeless values . This got my attention! Dean seems to be advertising accurately. He is a good listener and has set up a business to adapt to the concerns of a homeowner's struggle to maintain a home. His workers repaired my rotten roof boards, installed the roof and cleaned up my yard and my neighbors yard in1 day as promised! It looks great! Thanks Dean!

"This is a family owned and run business. The do very high quality work at a very competitive price. They will also stand by their work if there are any issues. I had a slight issue with my gutter install which I noticed after the first hard rain, probably a month after the job was complete, and they were out the next day to correct it. My next door neighbor was so impressed he also did a whole house siding and window job."

"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"
