- The Bulkhead Man IncorporatedI sent Joe a picture of my worn out wood bulkhead. He gave me an estimate and discussed my options. The bulkhead was at grade with my driveway so there was a water problem. I wanted a complete job so he offered galvanized and painted. It cost a little more but this way the product looks great and will last. Patience is required because Joe is good at what he does so there is a waiting list. It took some time with weather delays but my conclusion is that Joe was well worth waiting for. Nice Job. Happy Customer. A+++

They left our house and the surrounding area cleaner than the way they found it. The workmanship was outstanding - and our bulkhead was in the running for one of the worst he's seen. Many of the companies I had contacted took a week or more, some nearly 3 weeks, to get back to me. He and his crew came when they said they would, did what they said they would do, and as busy as spring and early summer are in the pool business he always responded immediately when we called or needed him to come over, even coming one Sunday morning to help us figure out a problem with our pool filter system, which was not even any part of the work he did. "We called Ranieri Construction because a combination of ground settling and a sloppy repair made our concrete pool deck not only cracked and uneven, but also unsightly. Lou Ranieri explained that they couldn’t fix the cracks as they were, but would have to remove the filler from the first repair, grind down the uneven surfaces and stain the whole surface to achieve an even color. Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible. A skim coat was applied and, once hardened, the whole area was cleaned and stained. It’s beautiful! We can’t say enough about how diligent Lou and Andrew are in their, often backbreaking, work. Once completed, the work area was left spotlessly clean. This is the type of company all should strive to be – a company where work ethic, integrity and the correct way of solving a problem are paramount. Thank you, Ranieri Construction! You're the best!

There were two additional repairs made were an old foundation and new foundation met in two different locations, the repairs were made promptly and with the same reasonable rate. "Our chimney occasionally leaked, especially when there is a strong wind. I called around to a number of companies. Right off the bat, Brian was the most responsive and came by within a couple of days, off hours, to look at the job. Most of the other companies were either not taking on the type of work needed until spring or were too busy to even come by. He was able to start the work within a couple of weeks and ended up working over the weekend. The quality of his work is excellent, both neat and thorough. Unlike many other people I have hired, Brian left the work area free of debris when he finished. "We had two cracks in our foundation. One crack was much more severe than the other. For the mason contractors to properly fix the inside and outside of the cracked foundation they had to take out an old concrete patio slab. They fixed the foundation cracks and put in a new slab, filled in three basement windows, replaced two basement windows, installed two window wells, installed drainage pipe for gutter run off, and added fill around the foundation to make positive grade. Serena and Bo kept us in the loop every day to tell us what work was being performed for each day. We will definitely be using Staats Masonry again for any of our other future concrete jobs.
