I checked on Angie's List and Wow! There was actually a company who specialized in exactly what I needed done! The two man crew arrived within the window of time I was told (a Saturday between Noon and five pm). They were very efficient, clean, and polite. I showed them the two gutters and they got to work. I would never have had the confidence to climb up the 2 and 1/2 stories to the roof! They first cleared out the large blockages of 'turf' from the gutters and then went to work on the totally blocked downspout after notifying me of this issue. All the growth and muddy collection in the gutters was cleaned up from the ground. You would have never known they were there! I didn't think that gutters that high up would need to be cleaned, I've lived in this house for 14 years. I will not wait that long to have them checked again and cleaned out. The owner Joe Dias gave the estimate which was by far the best estimate I received for this work that clearly need to be done. He did not "oversell" me on work...he did what needed to be done. He is honest..he did not try to sell me an entire new gutter system although I was clear that I was willing to do what it took to avoid this issue in the future. Joe came when he said he would come. When we called on 7/19/2011 to make appointment, we were told that there would be an extra charge of $30.00 because the $69 price quote was for a one story house and ours is a bi-level. We indicated that this should be mentioned in Angie's Deal listing. We made the appointment on 7/19/2011 for gutter cleaning to be done on 7/27/2011. However, the next day, 7/20/2011 truck pulled up and they performed service one week earlier than appointment set date. We were not notified that they were coming. Not sure how long job should take, but would estimate they were here for less than a half hour
- THE GUTTER CLEANING COMPANYI submitted an inquiry online to have them come clean my gutters and give an estimate on installing gutter guards. I got a call from the company the day before saying they would be here between 10am-12pm. On the day of the scheduled service, no one showed up during the 10-12 window. The weather was fine during this time, but it started to rain around 1pm. At 1:15, I got a call from the company saying that they would not be able to do the work that day because of the rain. When I had mentioned that it had not been raining during their scheduled time of work, the man said that they having a hard time making it because of all the traffic and crazy rain. This did not make sense to me, as he had just acknowledged that it was not raining earlier but continued to use the rain as an excuse for not making his appointment. He has asked to reschedule on Saturday, but I informed him I would be going with another company

"I contracted with Brian Kelly to remove and replace the existing front entrance stairs and walkway to my home. I couldn't be happier with the great job he and Shane did. They totally rebuilt the stairway and finished it with bluestone and stone veneer. The walkway, which was pea-stone was replaced with pavers. Both the stairs and walkway were sealed. The result is what you see in the attached pics, but I must admit, it looks way better when you're standing on it! They cleaned up every day, were punctual and professional. This was my 2nd time doing business with Kelly Masonry, and won't be my last! Thanks Brian and Shane!

"They worked hard and long day into the night. Two guys cleaning my roof. Three north faces of the roof clogged with deep moss. They worked from 9-7 and did not stop until all surfaces were clean, even after it got dark early. I don't think they even broke for lunch. All of the roof surfaces are absolutely clear and the gutters are cleaned as well. They made sure to use a lot of water to clean the outside of the house and remove and dilute the solutions they applied. I would recommend this company for anyone in need of cleaning a mossy roof before they replace it.

"I'm recommending Precision Home Care for cleaning and handyman work as well as general construction. I found PHC when I needed an industrial level cleaning at my neglected second home. "Excellent! Liam is a quality craftsman. If you want someone who is professional, polite, and has an eye for detail then hire him. Liam not only picked out a quality door, but hung it to perfection. From the start, he was in touch with me via text. He sent me a photo of the door before ordering. He said it would take about 10 days to come in. He contacted me when the door was in and set up a date for install. He arrived 15 minutes early! , but didn’t ring my doorbell till 7am. He built a new door casing and installed a beautiful oak sill.
