"Great company to work with. I had a pipe removed from my roof (for a retired wooodstove), and their quote was almost half the price of the four I received. Anthony was very prompt to respond to my email requests, and was flexible with installation dates.Jose (roofer) came over, did a great job, and was incredibly clean and efficient. Precision also provided our front door, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely use them again, and referred my in laws as well (they did a great job with my in-laws front door). Precision even spoke to the HOA to ensure that the door my in laws wanted would be "accepted" prior to delivery/installation."

"Deyvin's Construction Inc. did a fantastic job on our 40+ outdoor stairs, which were at least 30 years old. They added five-inch screws on our steps, added concrete pedestals for some of the unsupported verticals, did a power-wash, added a primer, gave two coats of oil-based paint, added some supports under the stairs, straightened one of the sloping top steps, and did excellent work, overall The men were polite, hardworking, and reliable. They took pride in doing a fine job. I wish them all the very best in their future endeavors, and am filled with gratitude that they took care of our stairs. I recommend them wholeheartedly. He was communicative about scheduling, costs, timing and offers multiple solutions to tackle the problem. He also installed study closet shelves in 2 areas. We are definitely pleased with Phalan Construction and will be calling Bob again!"
