"I cannot recommend Bob Phalan highly enough! I originally hired him to fix a few doors in my home that I thought were warped and wouldn’t close properly. It turned out the problem was more complicated than I expected—the door frames weren’t aligned correctly—but Bob quickly assessed the situation, explained the issue clearly, and developed a plan to fix everything. He worked efficiently and effectively, and now all the doors operate perfectly. Bob is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also personable and easy to work with. He took the time to explain what he was doing as he went, which I really appreciated. On top of that, his pricing was very fair—no surprises, just excellent work. The combination of his professionalism, expertise, and friendly demeanor makes this a full 5-star experience from start to finish!"

"The job couldn't have gone more smoothly. April, in the office, initially allowed me to provide pictures and measurements in order to guide the determination of the appropriate size, thus eliminating the delay of waiting for someone to come out to measure. It was quickly determined that the size was a standard one and the panes were ordered that same day. The installers came out within the same week to install. They were professional and courteous ... and did an excellent job. They even cleaned the doors (both the two panes they repaired and the two they didn't) so that the entire glass wall looks absolutely clear."

"They tore down my front porch and built a new one. The customer service with this company is outstanding. There were a few issues with materials but Michael addressed and corrected the issues timely. I love my porch and I would definitely hire them for other jobs."

"Tanner was quick to reply to our phone and text questions, came to see our old house repair project in a short time, assessed what needed to be done. He was able to do the repair while they were here, had tools with him that were needed for the job. Besides our initial request, he caulked and painted the area. Looks SO much better. Would call again if (when) more projects come up."

"great work, respectfull crew. Only issue was they didn't clean up outside well enough. Had flat tires from screws left in driveway and found broken (old) glass in my flower bed. Minor but crutial."

"I hired them to install the glass shower door in my bathroom and I’m really happy with the result. Communication was clear from the start, they showed up on time, and the installation was done perfectly. The team was professional, clean, and efficient. The final result looks great. Highly recommend!"

"This was obviously an urgent repair. They were responsive and repaired same day. Pricing seemed high and laid out options for warranty and maintenance. Was a little hard to isolate the minimum costs."

"They installed some windows and vinyl siding on my home. They were very professional, communicative, paid great attention to detail, and left the work site clean. Definitely worth the investment."
