Quote process took three minutes... trying to fleece me for a higher price, showed up at a wrong time to do work- explicitly when we said to not show up- then just hacked away at trees. Not an arborist, just a guy with a chain saw.

Matt was responsive and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. The only issue is his referral of an arborist to prune some trees of deadly branches. The arborist has yet to show up, having promised to do the work repeatedly over the last week.

The arborist came by the same day I called and said that he would removed the two trees the next day. That was a great relief, since I was concerned about the damaged tree. Everything was done as promised. I am glad to recommend the service to anyone.
