They also showed up on time for the quote. For the job itself, they were a little late but they explained why (traffic) and Boston is a very traffic loaded area. "Jose and his crew did two separate large-tree removal projects for me, with multiple trees at two different properties. He arrived as scheduled, and he and his crew worked hard both days to complete the work. The cleanup was pretty good too, though not perfect. He uses a bucket truck, so cuts the trees from top down (instead of using a crane). One large oak tree was just above the electric wires, but the crew worked carefully and got the tree down without any damage. The only negative -- he did lay down sheets of plywood where he had to drive onto the back lawn, but still ended up leaving some significant ruts from his equipment. I have emailed him to come back with some loam to fill the ruts and level the lawn so I can reseed, but he didn't respond yet."

"I hired Jose to cut 30+ trees ranging in diameter from 9â to 30+â inches. A huge job. Jose came Saturday and we agreed on the price which was very competitive. He agreed to start Monday (2 days later). He and his crew showed up early. These guys are extremely hardworking, super-efficient, very friendly and the crew had smiles on their faces the whole time. As agreed, I was keeping the cut wood. They cut the trees into logs cut to perfect length and stacked them up towards the edge of property near the street for easy transportation.
