Great company! Very professional! Repaired a side of the house siding that was damaged with no issues!
"From the very start ,Dan, the sales representative was extremely helpful in answering the many questions we had regarding the siding of our house. He told us that we may have to wait a few months as they were booked, but if they had an opening they would side the house sooner. True to his word they came as soon as they could. Just two months after our first contact with Beantown, they were ready to side our house. They explained how the process would take place, and it all happened just as they said. The work was done in two days. The workers were extremely professional. On day one of the job I returned home from work and saw that they had removed all the old siding and shingles, and had already started framing the windows. My husband said there were 12 workers present on the second day. I came home from work to see that my entire house was sided. Several neighbors had stopped by to tell me how well they worked. They also commented on the great job. I was completely overjoyed to see my house, absolutely beautiful! Jim, the siding manager, was also fantastic, and he was very responsive to any questions we had. We are so please with the job they did and we would highly recomment them to anyone who wants a job done well. Thank you, Thank you Beantown."
"This company performed a very professional job, and within a week's time. The foreman and his assistant arrived early every day and stayed late to complete the day's anticipated work, cleaning up after each day. They were diligent and true masters in all aspects of their trade. Every job has its unique features to interface with existing conditions to make a siding installation weatherproof, and the foreman was a quick thinker on his feet to come up with solutions so as not to delay the work. I had no extra charges. Their proposal estimator was right on the mark suggesting additional items which had been included in the proposal. Their estimator provided me with three no pressure prices for different options to make an informed decision. I would not hesitate using these folks for another project. You can't go wrong with them."
"We had Patriot replace our roof; replace all the siding, trim, gutters and downspouts; replace all the windows in the house; and rebuild the front porch. This was a huge project and Patriot did an excellent job, even in the face of COVID-related shortages. Jim and Paulo were great to work with, they worked so hard to make sure we were satisfied with all the work. The crew who did our siding and porch - the guys who were here day in and day out during the project - were such hard-working and detail-oriented guys. The finished product turned out beautifully, our house came out looking so great that both neighbors and random people driving by have stopped to comment on it!"

"Golden Group removed old roof shingles and installed newshingles including Ice&Water barrier. It was about 3200 SF of roofing. Additionally, they fixed our vinyl siding replacing about 15 sq.yards of discolored siding with new one. Starting with very professional presentation by Freddy (owner) and excellent quote, the Golden Group took advantage of early warm days in March. They arrived promptly at 7am (including dumpster) in full force of about 10 people. Perectly organized and working as a team they quickly removed old shingles, protecting the house and surroundings with large tarps (no damage anywhere whatsoever). Then they installed Ice$Water barrier on most of the roof. Finally they installed new beautiful shingles, perfectly and very precisely. At the end they jumped on our siding repairs, finishing pretty much everything by 5pm in a single day! They cleaned everything around the house. Amazing job. Money well spent!"
