"We hired Bob Phalan to replace the surrounding trim after we had installed new garage doors. He estimated 1½ days. But upon removal of the exist aluminum siding, structural damage including carpenter ant damage and a rusted-cracked lally column were discovered. Bob made required repairs replacing 2x4s, the lally column, plywood, insulation, wall board, and plastering. Then he was able to begin work on the vinyl trim. We showed Bob a photo of the “look” we wanted to achieve and he achieved it perfectly. He was at our home for 3 very long days, the cost of his work was very reasonable."

Always cleaned up after themselves as well. 4 stars because they did not do a good job on the part of the wall around my outlet. The outlet was left too deep in the wall which was not how it was before the project. I was told I would have to fix this myself or hire someone else.."

I had deck and porch damage from a big tree that came down and glanced the side of the house after a bad wind storm we had. Upper deck was unstable. Repairs needed to be done ASAP. Mack was on it right away. His communication thru out the job was outstanding, sending me pictures of his progress along the way. He finished quickly as well.
