They inspected and sent an estimate to remove. Asked about the warranty still in place. Never responded. Did a good job of remediation work. Doesn’t support their warranty."

Though having a professional do the work is expensive, from what Jeremiah mentioned, it does not guarantee that the work will be complete or the source of the problem taken care of.
