I was looking for a plumber due to a burst pipe and leakage. This was my request for service on Angi: Project details What plumbing do you need help with? Faucets, fixtures, drains or pipes What kind of location is this?: Home When do you need this work done?they responded even though they are not plumbers, came to my home, removed parts of carpets in 2 rooms and flooring in parts of living room and 1 bedroom, mopped the leakage, and offered to replace the flooring in the entire house, then finally stated that they cannot fix the plumbing issue, that I have to contact a plumber! They suggested that I contact my home insurance to cover the costs of carpet/flooring replacement. They came back the next day and I told them that I needed a plumber and not a carpet/flooring services, they charged me 970$ for removing my carpets/floor. I feel like I have been scammed by those two. Now I have to pay a plumber to fix my problem, and I have to replace the carpet and flooring that they removed.

I had a great experience dealing with Hahn and MassPro Solutions. They were very personable and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and walked me through the entire process. The work was completed on time and they explained everything they did and why the did it. I would highly recommend this company.

Han and his team were incredible. We had in-wall mold, and Han helped us think through our options, partnered with our contractor, assisted with the insurance process, and performed outstanding on-site work. Han's response time is great, he answered all our questions quickly and in plain English, and â most importantly â  he did what he said he was going to do, and when he said he'd do it. He brought in other experts as needed, and went above-and-beyond, including loaning us fans and other tools as needed. Would absolutely recommend him, and in fact have already done so to others.

Mass Pro Solutions is one of those rare companies that make you thankful that you hired them for your project. Hahn and Victor helped us clean up extensive soot damage from a faulty gas fireplace. They were professional, thorough, patient, careful, conscientious, and willing to work around our schedule. They were also really nice guys to have in our home for several weeks. They made an unpleasant experience actually kind of enjoyable. We had no problems with our insurance company accepting the costs they submitted so I would say that the price was reasonable. Can't say enough good things about Mass Pro Solutions.

The guys at Mass Pro Services were incredibly friendly, very easy to talk to and always able to get a hold of. They did their work fast and were able to work around our schedule. We had a slow leak in the ceiling of our master bedroom witch leads to mold development in our ceiling. Hanh from the Mass Pro Solutions is the most professional, responsive and approachable expert in our journey hunting for a good team for our mold remediation project. He showed up on the same day we reached out, fully investigated the impacted area, shared knowledgeable and honest comments with us, answered all the questions we have and gave us the quote on the same day after his visit. We were very impressed by all these and hired his team to conduct the work. On the day of the service, his team showed up on time, completed the work efficiently, and took many photos to show us their findings within the project (it turned out we have mushrooms grow in the ceiling!). On the end, all mold damaged ceilings and the mushrooms were well removed and our ceiling was well disinfected. We highly recommend Mass Pro Solutions and will definitely come back to use their service again if there is a need in the future.

Hahn came to our aid for mold and water damage within two days of our telephone conversation. Once we got approval from our insurance, he and Tony were here and did the demolition and mold removal in one day. A week later, they were back and reconstructed in two days. We are very pleased with their work, professionalism, and cheerful manner.

I had a leak in my roof...turns out I was living in a house infested with mold. It was in the insulation of my walls and ceilings. Luckily I hired Hanh of Mass Pro Solutions. He is the most professional, conscientious, responsive, efficient, effective, responsive and kind contractor I have ever worked with. He was able to develop a plan for tackling the mold, helped me coordinate with my insurance company, and delivered safe and beautiful results. It isn't often that you have the pleasure of working with people so full of integrity, experience and expertise. What started as a stressful nightmare, exponentially lessened because I had Mass Pro Solutions managing my job. Would recommend 10 out of 10!

This company delivered the BEST service and customer service! Everything was explained every step of the way, and service was superior.

The team performed an extensive assessment of our leaking roof and resultant mold in the attic. Hanh, and Bobby took the time to share share photos of the damage, as well as answer our questions regarding the scope of the work. Hanh, and then Victor, the reconstruction specialists were both willing to work with our insurance claims adjuster to ensure all of the demo, mold remediation and reconstruction was performed in a safe, efficient manner. Both Hanh, and Victor were on site daily to answer questions, offer support, and keep the project on task; so much so, that Victor ensured a smooth transition between demo and reconstruction to facilitate our comfort in the home during this process. Each team was on time, respectful of our home, efficient and extremely hard working. We could not be happier with this restoration.

This company managed to give me a 10/10 work experience. Iâ ve worked with others on other moving projects but none compete with this company. They were extremely friendly and finished earlier than expected. They also managed to accommodate on my time and still work 100% efficiently.
