He installed new floor joists, sub-flooring, floor tiling, cabinetry, backsplash tile, and a build-out for our oven hood insert. The process also included knocking out a wall, moving and modifying gas and water lines and many other smaller unforeseen details along the way. We appreciated how informative Ramy was as we moved through the process since we'd never taken on something of this size before. He even came with us to help pick out our floor tiles. We were both of a similar mindset that we wanted to focus on quality of all aspects of the job as opposed to making decisions solely based on cost. Do it once, do it right. In the end, this kitchen will last us many years and has alleviated several health and safety concerns that the old kitchen posed to our family. "Thomas was very quick to provide a quote and begin work. He worked over the recent 4th of July weekend. He demolished an existing tiled shower wall and pan that failed after only two years in service. He showed me each step of the way how the contractor that installed the prior shower didn’t do it correctly. He was finished on time and at a very reasonable price. My advice is don’t hire carpenters to do tile work. Hire Thomas he will do it correctly!"

"We were renovating a small bathroom by ourselves and selected beautiful large format tiles for the shower. They are 3 ft x 3 ft Porcelain and were beyond our capability to install them. From the prep-work to ensure the job wouldn't mess up the rest of the house, and the application of waterproofing material that I had overlooked, to the final cleanup, they were professional and extremely competent. The installation was perfect, as was the follow-on job of plaster work to blend in the walls and ceiling surfaces with the newly placed tiles. We will definitely use them again and are already having conceptual discussions for bigger projects in the Fall."

Mike works hard at getting things done, and teaches the younger crew very well. He is structured and trustworthy. He also was patient answering my questions (I always have too many..!).
