However, this is not the case with Joe Perullo! Joe and his team are AMAZING as they completed a new master bath, a new master closet, an outdoor shower, and a basement remodel! 1. Joeâ s communication is clear and frequent. He informed us of the plan and the timing of it and followed through with the plan. 2. Joe is a great listener. He understood what our vision for these projects was and he made the vision a reality. 3. Joe is committed to ensuring the customer is satisfied with the result. He checked in frequently to make sure the work met our expectations. 4. Joe is responsive to the needs of the customer. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "
