"08-AUG-2025 Issues began immediately after hiring Pro Foundation & Masonry. During the estimate, I told Foreman Bobby there was no mortar in the cinder blocks. He gave a quote that I believed included proper mortar. On Aug-12-2025, I raised the issue again?he said he was ?focused on the damaged area.? When digging, a missing footing section was found, and Bobby quoted $22,500, which I thought was too high. Though he fixed some cracks, major ones in the cellar were ignored. They used the wrong mortar (not S mortar as discussed) and left sloppy drippings inside the wall. I sent photos on Aug-23; Bobby replied on Aug-25 saying the floor was dirt. Promised cleanup on Aug-30 never happened. I followed up repeatedly?no one came. They even left a dangerous cinder remnant that I tripped on. A section of wall was filled with concrete instead of block?looks unprofessional. They say one thing, do another. I?m very unhappy with their work and service. They're gonna fix the two crack on my fieldstone foundation. The manager Rey came and he felt really bad that the foreman left in this way they left it. He was really pretty readsonable."

"Hired Jeremy to rebuild chimney from roof line up as well as install liner and weather cap. His workmanship is great. Job site was always kept clean during and after completion of the job. I would highly recommend him."

He and his men were very professional and did the work in one day. They cleaned up the area that they used and left the yard in great shape. That didn?t include any masonry work that needed to be done . I had other quotes that included the liner & all the masonry work for the same price . Plus I was overcharged for the chimney cap . I would not recommend Paramount ."
