"Caseri Construction put a picture window in my first home. Several years later we hired Dan Caseri to build our new home. When it came apparent we needed our deck replaced we of course, called Caseri Construction. Caseri Construction shows up when they say they will, has fair honest prices , and they do top quality work. I highly recommend Caseri Construction for whatever size job you are looking to have done."

"I was very impressed from the start of the quote process with JR, through the comprehensive work from his painting and construction crews to the final inspection of US ProPaint's quality and timely work. Our home is a 1768 Cape with a barn in need of a lot of repairs prior to painting. Their work went above and beyond by adding, without charge, some minor but notable "surprises' not included in the quote. JR clearly views customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations as goal #1."

"Claudio and his team were professional, polite and worked quickly. They did great work painting ceilings and walls for every room in our newly purchased home (that was in desperate need of TLC). They cleaned up at the end of the project and made sure we were happy with their work before leaving. They were even thoughtful enough to remove their shoes before entering the home! I highly recommend Claudio and his team!"

"Oh, boy--Erick (and Tom, his guy) have done work for me on my 100-yr. old home, for over a decade! First job -- Erick alone--built a gorgeous deck...neighbors couldn't stay away. ...still getting compliments. Last two big jobs-- redid garage and installed electric doors, and custom tiled a bath everyone else wanted to "demo". . In-between took care of several other problems as they came up. Ask them for my phone number and I will tell you more. Absolutely nobody compares in terms of ease of communication, (and creativity) so you actually get what you want, or better."

"The guys that work for Kingsley are great with the customer as well as the neighbors"

"Lightship Development is the gold standard for renovations. Kim and Dave form an incredible team, combining clear communication, realistic expectations, and timely delivery. We tackled a major project in a very old home, and they completed it within the time frame they initially estimated—only a minor delay, which was due to factors on our end. Kim excels at organizing all the subcontractors and keeps us in the loop with multiple updates throughout the week. Dave is the expert on-site, handling all the details with precision and ensuring everything meets our satisfaction. I’ve recommended Lightship Development to others and will continue to do so because of their excellent work, lighthearted approach to complex and stressful projects, and straightforward business practices. There were no surprises—we finished on time, on budget, and couldn’t be happier with the results."

"We are trying to sell our house and are on a strict timeline. Max responded to my inquiry immediately and was very professional. He was able to come to our house the next day, and start the work within 48 hours of our inquiry. Him and his team were efficient, and gave us peace of mind going into the selling of our house. Could not recommend Makyson Building more!"

"Taylor was great. Mike Taylor came out and listen to what we wanted but also made some suggestions that improved the project. Once we finally go city approval for our new driveway his team showed up and made short work of it. The crew was very professional and friendly. They even moved much of the excavated dirt to our backyard to level a low spot, and spread it evenly even though I would have been happy with a pile. Good folks, would defiantly use them again. Driveway. Looks great and price was very reasonable.
