 + -1 moreRichard was timely in submitting his proposal. His prices were fair (we did submit proposals to 3 builders). He is extremely neat, very professional and willing to offer his opinion and suggestions to improve the project.
Description of Work: Excellent builder. Highly professional. His team is very good and their work is very good.
