Bill and his team went above and beyond our kitchen remodel. From the start Bill was always on time and had great ideas to build off of. Our kitchen was very small, and not functional at all. I am still in awe over the finished product and sometimes feel as if I'm in a resort. I wish I could give Bill 10 stars. I would absolutely hire him again and plan on using him for future projects.

Bill and his crew were extremely competent professionals and pleasant to work with. They converted a deck into a 3 season porch which came out beautifully! Bill worked closely with me to deliver just what I wanted for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Starr Builders and definitely use them again!

From start to finish Bill and his crew were here on time, everyone were courteous and very knowledgeable. The addition got finished on time and we were kept informed about what was happening along the way. We would definitely use STARR Builders again, we could not be happier with the final result.

We could not have had a better experience. Bill was great to work with. We would highly recommend him, we love the basement that he completed for us. His rates were reasonable, he finished the job early, he is a super nice guy and a great contractor.
