Paul is very professional and knowledgeable, and his work is very high quality.

They are the best contractors down here. I've used him 4 times and I'm going to use him again because my skylights, windows and roof are leaking. I've spent thousands of dollars with him. He is a little bit pricey but you get what you pay for. His responsiveness depends on what time of the year it is. He is getting busy now. He is usually quite responsive when there are leaks. He is here before I'm out of bed in the morning. He is extremely professional as well as the workers and the contractors he uses.

We are very happy with Paul Williams and his crew. We had just purchased this home as a foreclosure and it needed a lot of work. Our budget was limited and we weren't sure how much we could get done. In the process of looking for homes we saw two houses that recently had construction and Paul Williams did the renovations on both so we had already seen his work.
We brought Paul in and asked him to bid the job which he did. His price was very competitive and we just felt good about him. He's a no-nonsense kind of guy. Gave us the straight scoop on what we were looking to do and answered all of our questions. We felt very much at ease. Throughout the entire process he was responsive, provided us with updates, and exceeded expectations at every turn.
His people are top notch craftsmen. I met most if not all of his crew during the construction. They all are excellent at what they do and you can tell they take pride in their work. This isn't to say that everything was completely flawless, we did notice a few things along the way but Paul worked with us and we are happy with the remedies he provided. Paul did everything he could to make sure the project was to our satisfaction.
Paul turned our run down foreclosure into the home we envisioned. At every turn he and his team went above and beyond. They are clean and efficient. Paul has done excellent work and any questions we had throughout the process were always answered with our best intrests in mind. He had a great way of keeping us informed on what he was doing and how the process would go to completion. The crew always left the site as clean as it was when they arrived and kept the construction area as seperate from the rest of the house as possible. We are very happy with all the work Paul has done and would use him again for any remodeling projects we may have in the future.

This is the second time I've used him and I would refer him to anyone. He's excellent. They are very efficient and they cleaned up the entire area after the job was completed.

They provided some ideas in the planning for re-modeling of the basement including the removal of the lally columns, something no other contractor had mentioned. They seemed very knowledgeable about their work, gave us confidence. They provided sketches of their ideas and provided a detail estimate for all costs. Even after they started, we made some changes and they were able to accommodate without additional cost or fuss. They started on time, were punctual each day and even brought me a home made lunch a few times. When they finished, they cleaned up. They warrantied their work and nothing has gone wrong. They have returned when I had some questions and they were able to resolve any issues. The job was done fantastically, very professional, right on the estimate.. We couldn't have been more pleased!
