"From the start of the project of the response, time of less than 15 minutes of receiving a phone call, The tech, Steve Unger, was here within a few hours and was able to get my AC unit temporarily running to get me through the week until we could schedule a replacement. Steve was amazing.! then I was greeted with a visit with Manny who sold me on the value of HL Bowman partnering unit with Home Depot made by Honeywell. It was much more cost-effective and seems to be doing a tremendous job at cooling my very tough A-frame situation at my condo. Chris and Jake were the install personnel that worked very efficiently and had the unit up and running within five hours. They also were very personable and took tremendous care of my needs. Lastly, I had a follow up the day after it was installed with Jesse who did a fabulous job inspecting and making sure the unit was running efficiently and properly as well as his knowledge of showing me proper thermostat settings. "He man came and looked at my furnace and evaluated with need to be done on it because my burner company's man told me there was $1750 worth of repairs to be made on it. The may from Burke plumbing also looked at the tank and said there was a small slow leak coming from the bottom of the tank so I need to replace it. I was thrilled that he saw it and I am having it removed tomorrow along with the boiler. I will meet with Mass Save next week and they will do an assessment of my heating and insulation as well. I may be eligible for a mass save zero percent loan for my boiler upgrade. so as you can see I was very pleased with Burke plumbing's evaluation and recommendation."
