All my interactions with them were informative and friendly and at the conclusion of the installation they took the time to show me, and explain to me what they had done. The new thermostat is a bit of a challenge, but they got me started in the setup process so that I could complete it. Before they left they thoroughly cleaned the areas they had worked in and traveled through. You will be very fortunate if you get this crew to install your new furnace."

Kyle a project manager was out that afternoon to take a look at my boiler and help me decide on the perfect replacement for me, which ended up being a Bosch “combo” boiler. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy to understand. He even found that my boiler was way too small for my house, which is why my living room never got up to temperature!!! "These guys were extremely fast to respond , visit the site and generate a quote and all in a matter of a few hours from the time I inquired on Home Advisor. Their price was very reasonable but they presented only one type of a High efficiency boiler install option for a wall hung unit to replace my old low efficiency floor unit. I was not thrilled with the ideal of hanging a new furnace on my cinder block chimney so I decided to wait and get more quotes from others. However I went with a different contractor which charged a bit more but offered a floor unit ."
