The only reason we went ahead with the work was that the drain had been clogged for several days and we just wanted it cleaned. we will not be going through Angis list for our next service."

They were very considerate, even initially taking their shoes off when they walked around our living area (though I later told them this was unnecessary). Each step of the process was explained to me carefully, and they asked several times if I had any questions. They showed me before and after photographs of several of the ducts as well as the return vent."

"I purchased the chimney cleaning late in December with an explanation that I needed to have the service provided before January 6 because we were having a gas insert installed that day.  Due to the holidays, we did not manage to connect on time, however, I did get my money back.  The company was apologetic for not getting back to me on time to make this happen and they were gracious enough to refund what I had prepaid.  In the end, the installer informed me that the chimney, which had not been used since we purchased this house 8 years ago, did not even need to be cleaned.
