Let me start by saying Nick was very professional and well versed in his products, services & industry.   Nice guy all around who was easy to talk to and was a no pressure person, which I prefer.  Very responsive to any and all questions and was willing to offer up all the answers and information he could.  This was greatly appreciated.  

Now as a whole, I don't believe this is worth $49.  It was more of a sales pitch.  One of which I would suggest be offered for free of charge.  He did not inspect down spouts or exterior foundation, nor did he inspect window wells for leaks, etc.   He did check humidity levels and also go over thoroughly his suggested fixes to keep my basement dry and prevent any future issues, especially due to me wanting to finish it.  I pointed out my problem areas and he gave me solid recommendations. 

When and if I choose to install certain measures in my basement, I will absolutely consider this company, if not the service, definitely the products.   But this deal - not worth $49.  I'm sure you can get this for free if you call another vendor.  Regardless, this is tough as I did like Nick and all that he did do.  Just the $49 is why I gave pricing a C.  I think I wanted more of a drawn up/written plan.   He did send me a detailed estimate that same day.

"First impressions...courteous salesman, but given wrong time frame for work completion.... Customer Service....I called and was given a completion date that was about a month different than the salesman's date....BUT... I was called back by Customer Service (Tiffany) and given a new date that was only a day later than she called.... soooooooooo.... realizing that the weather and the holidays played a role in missing the initial date, I can now say that I'm very happy with the workmanship and professionalism of the whole RamJack New England experience.
