About us
Window Genie of Sutton specializes in helping customers beautify and maintain their homes. We clean windows with squeegees and also use deionized water with boar's hair brushes. We soft wash houses - mainly vinyl and wood - with our own house washing solution that eliminates mold and mildew and makes dirt and debris build up disappear. We clean out gutters by hand as part of regular preventive maintenance and have the ability to set customers up on 1 or 2 times a year gutter cleaning so you never have to worry about forgetting to get your gutters cleaned before winter. We also do soft roof washing, using a low pressure tank system to kill moss, lichen and algae growing on asphalt shingles. During the holiday season, we also hang professional C7 LED lighting!

This is the 3rd time we have used Window Genie of Sutton. As always the service was excellent. We had our gutters cleaned and house pressure washed. The team arrived ahead of schedule and explained what they were going to do. I had some concerns about the rear gutters being blocked and they took extra care cleaning it out and explained just what they did. Very professional. A great experience and we will call them again when needed. Highly recommended!

We did not have the right equipment or time to take care of the window or the house washing. Virginia in the office got me a reasonable quote quickly. The day of the cleaning Jeffery was on time personable and ready to work! The house is clean and the windows have not looked better.

Unfortunately the stain was extremely stubborn, and was very difficult to remove. After several unsuccessful attempts at removing the stain, the technician called the owner, Chris, who was actually on vacation. He told the technician that he would contact us upon his return home. He called us while driving home, made an appointment to come to check it out himself- he spent two hours working on this stubborn stain. Although he was able to lighten it, nothing could take it off. A++ for effort. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone--customer service is top notch from the initial contact on.

While I don’t often leave assessments, my experience with this company deserves the praise. The work was planned ahead of time with requests for pictures, given the height to accommodate, and the subsequent work was performed flawlessly.
