I sued Carmelo Franco in Attleboro District Court for negligent work that had to be fixed by another company ($650.00), however the subpoena could not be delivered to the address the DA's office gave me, so the court dropped the lawsuit. You need the correct address of the defendant in order for the court to compel him to come to court, so Carmelo Franco is just a ghost that you will never be reimbursed by. I also requested a chimney cap and they suggested strengthening part of the chimney before installing. They provided an estimate within 24 hours and came out about a week later to do the work. Again, they were completely professional, pleasant and somehow despite cleaning the chimney and doing masonry work, did not create any dust or mess in the house. I was so pleased that I asked them to put us on a yearly schedule for routine cleaning. I highly recommend!"

Tony recommended a stainless steel chimney cap to cover all three flues, for a pellet, boiler, and wood stove. The price quoted for that will be $500, but it will keep things out and keep the liner for the boiler from deteriorating more than it is. Initially Tony thought the liner may be already to the point of replacing it, but after looking at it while on the roof, he said it wasn’t as bad as he initially suspected, and I could go at least a few more years with it. Which is an honest assessment, also good to hear."
