"Finding a builder who can take your idea (aka Dream) and make it a reality is not easy. Norman Builders created a house for me that exceeded my expectations. Ryan Norman provided me direction before the existing house demolition started. He connected me with others needed for pre-build items. Norman Builders then built exactly what was designed on paper. What sets Norman Builders apart from others is their communication and commitment to understanding what the customer wants. Ryan and his assistant Collin were always available and communicated at every milestone along the way. There was never a time I did not know what was going on or what I needed to decide. The contractors they use are highly professional and care about their part of the build. I love my new house! I highly recommend them and appreciate all Ryan and his team did for me."

"Humberto and his team were terrific! They refinished the walls in 3 rooms of our house and their work was top notch. They removed wallpaper, sanded, plastered and painted our walls so that now they look pristine. I asked them if they could put in new doors and they did a great job with that too. I would refer this team to friends and family and will be using them again for other projects."

"I was very pleased with the performance of Terry and Jose. The roof inspection went well, I learned a lot about my roof and what I might expect in the future, and I thought their visit to my home was time well-spent. Yes, I'd do it again.

"I want to sincerely thank and highly recommend Marco Polo home Builder! While I was selling my house, the buyer’s inspector believed the attic needed repairs. One company quoted me a staggering $15,000. Thankfully, I had a general contractor from MP home Builder come take a look. He spent a lot of time carefully inspecting the attic and determined that it actually met all the requirements — there was only a small issue that needed to be fixed. They only charged $600! From $15,000 to $600 — that’s not just a price difference, it’s a clear example of honesty, integrity, and professionalism. MP home Builder doesn't lie or exaggerate just to make money. They are genuine, responsible, and truly care about doing the right thing. In today's world, a company like this is incredibly rare. What’s more, MP home Builder also does HVAC, furnace, electrical, and other types of work, and their prices are much more reasonable than other companies I’ve dealt with. If you're looking for a company that is honest, detail-oriented, fair in pricing, and trustworthy, this company is absolutely the one to hire!"

"Very prompt and reliable. We hired Sublime Construction for two sod installs and the work was done quickly, well and for a good price. Excellent company, I highly recommend them"

"Mike and his company are phenomenal, and the people who work on his team care about the work they do. We had a large area excavated of trees and graded and then had the area completely paved. We also had cobble stones added surrounding the driveway as well as a parking area  made of stone. The work came out perfectly, and the paving surface was as smooth as could be. We love the finished solution, and made a ton of changes along the way which Mike and the team adopted and adjusted to with ease.
This company is extremely easy to do business with, and I highly recommend them for any paving, stone, and cobble stone work you may need them for!

"MA Design is my goto for any remodeling work that I need. I have had several projects over the years and have been very satisfied. This year we did reconstruction windows, interior and exterior painting, and transformed dated bookcases. Re-construction/new construction windows can be a challenge for an older home. MA Design worked to level the windows, and ensure sealing. These windows gave my home a facelift. The success and high level of customer satisfaction is a result of our collaboration. We discuss my desired outcome, and review options to achieve the result, and remain in budget. They provide a quote that itemizes the work. We review each item, so that we are on the same page, and I have no assumptions. Some highlights: * Protecting the surrounding interior environment * Trusting - I can leave with peace of mind * Providing recap of each days work * Discussing next day's work activities Great job guys, look forward to next project."
