Garage Door Repair
Had an issue with an incorrectly installed garage door from a different vendor. M&L Universal came out to make the repairs but since then has been completely unresponsive when reaching out to the tech. Would not recommend.

They came out within a few hours and diagnosed the problem quickly and provided a couple different options to fix. They were able to remove the old opener and install a new one the same day. The belt opener is quieter than the old chain one and worth the extra $150. The opener has been working great and comes with a 7 year warranty.

The guys did a great job installing 2 Garage door openers and made sure I was completely happy with the installation of the openers. Very professional.

The guys at Universal Garage Door came out immediately for a quote and did the work later that day. However, the execution was sloppy at best and I am not convinced they are a real company. Their prices were very high, and I had to keep pushing back about what I wanted rather than what they wanted to sell me. I went with them because other companies were not calling back and there were good reviews on this site. But I was not impressed. They were nice and did stay in touch with me through the process, but they would not provide anything in writing about the work they were going to do, they said there is a 15-year warranty with their company, but do not have any paperwork on it, they installed a brand new garage door opener but without a bulb, they left all sorts of scraps on the floor of my garage, their website does not have an actual address and the address listed on google for them is a residential apartment, they did not have the owner manual for the new garage door opener to pass along and when I asked for it, they sent me two pages from the wrong manual (I finally climbed up on a ladder and checked out the model number myself), and they left behind the old garage door opener and 7 foot rail without telling me that would happen.
