"I was happy with the work done by Matt and his crew on my roof replacement. Of the highlights, Matt excelled at customer service. I had spoken to several contractors during the bidding process and Matt clearly stood out as someone to provide detailed guidance and credible advice on the project. As my roof was being replaced as part of an insurance claim, Matt took the initiative to bring in additional contractors to build out an initial estimate for all of the work, to get things moving with the insurance company, which was a huge help. Matt took things a bit further and spoke directly with the insurance company regarding details of my roof and other work that was not started yet and was able to help me gain significantly more coverage than originally provided! Matt was always available for questions and promptly returned my calls and emails throughout the process. In one instance, I had requested that they hold off on installation of the ice and water shield one day due to the cold temperatures. Matt agreed to this with no hesitation, even though it required them to work the weekend to complete the work. Per my inspection throughout the roofing process and after, everything looked good and I found only a few things that were missed, which Matt took care of immediately. Some mess and nails were left behind after the work, but it was fairly minimal. Due to the scale of the work, Matt / MMP did bring in subcontractors to perform much of the standard roofing work. I would have appreciated if MMP was more forthcoming about this earlier in the process. MMP had someone from their team on-site for the entire process, but I think that they could have kept a closer eye on the sub-contractors work. For the more challenging tasks, Matt came out and did the work himself. He and his team worked hard throughout the process, working long hours and through the weekend to get everything completed in a timely manner and reduce risk of water leakage in case of rain. I will certainly consider MMP for future work on my house."

"Eric and Tom are passionate about the work they do and clearly love it. They listened throughout the project, were able to make suggestions and help us to be comfortable with work being done in our home - which is key when having any type of construction work done at home. Trust. Frankie is awesome and talented. Three projects done with great satisfaction - more in the future as we plan our kitchen and bath renovations and other work. "I highly recommend NE Carpentry for quality of workmanship, professionalism, and good communication from beginning to end. We had four old windows replaced, two in a rental apartment where the tenant was working. The workers were sensitive in keeping noise and disruption to a minimum. Wood was replaced where necessary around window frames, all was painted at completion, and cleanup left all in order. The two workers, as well as Gil, were a pleasure to work with and to have in our home. We had NE Carpentry renovate two back porches two years ago. We will continue to turn to them for their excellent work as needed in the future."

"Very well.  I acted as general contractor after my builder disappeared in the middle of the job.  I had some good contractors and some not so good ones.  HS Plastering and Painting was at the top of the good list.  The quality of their work was very good; no complaints there at all.  But what stood out was the experience of working with them.  They came when asked, did what they were asked to do, acted in a professional manner, stood by their work, and were a true pleasure to have as a contractor.  They were quick, worked weekends to get the job done, and didn't cut corners.

"In addition to the kitchen, they also remodeled our bathroom. Marco was sensitive to the fact that we only had one bathroom and made sure we were out the facilities for the minimum time possible. Our bathroom remodel was completed with lightning speed which we really appreciated! The kitchen remodel was also speedy. They worked with our requirements for smaller than usual appliances, finding, and even building, cabinets to fit our small kitchen space. Everyone who worked on our projects were very professional, wearing masks and keeping windows open even in the winter months. We're very happy with our new kitchen and bathroom!"

"Aurelio and his AML team were wonderful to work with. Their hard work, attention to detail and effort to accommodate all of our needs was greatly appreciated. They completed 8 projects: installed a new 18’ x 24’ patio with fire pit, replaced old steps with a beautiful new deck, replaced rotted siding with new siding, replaced garage roof, built a pergola with a swing, planted a Zen garden around the swing, built a 8’ x 60’ bocce court, built six 8’ x 4’ cedar raised garden beds and a beautiful fence to protect the garden. In addition, they did a complete yard clean up and installed mulched beds, cobble stone edging and pea stone paths. All this was accomplished in 13 days by a team of four that worked non-stop!! I wish I could publish before and after pictures because that is the only way to show the amazing transformation of our property. The quality of their carpentry was also top notch. Very highly recommended!!"
