"I highly recommend NE Carpentry for quality of workmanship, professionalism, and good communication from beginning to end. We had four old windows replaced, two in a rental apartment where the tenant was working. The workers were sensitive in keeping noise and disruption to a minimum. Wood was replaced where necessary around window frames, all was painted at completion, and cleanup left all in order. The two workers, as well as Gil, were a pleasure to work with and to have in our home. We had NE Carpentry renovate two back porches two years ago. "Very well.  I acted as general contractor after my builder disappeared in the middle of the job.  I had some good contractors and some not so good ones.  HS Plastering and Painting was at the top of the good list.  The quality of their work was very good; no complaints there at all.  But what stood out was the experience of working with them.  They came when asked, did what they were asked to do, acted in a professional manner, stood by their work, and were a true pleasure to have as a contractor.  They were quick, worked weekends to get the job done, and didn't cut corners.

"In addition to the kitchen, they also remodeled our bathroom. Marco was sensitive to the fact that we only had one bathroom and made sure we were out the facilities for the minimum time possible. Our bathroom remodel was completed with lightning speed which we really appreciated! The kitchen remodel was also speedy. They worked with our requirements for smaller than usual appliances, finding, and even building, cabinets to fit our small kitchen space.
