Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. Also, Eric and Don did excellent job on finishing the project. They are all very polite, knowledgeable, and showed their professionalism. I signed a proposal to have Duncan Builders take care of the contract work and I needed to build at my salon. They moved a bathroom door from one wall to the next. Had their plumbers come in to create some plumbing through the floor into the basement and install a new water heater. All this was done to set up two free standing shampoo basins. "Aurelio and his AML team were wonderful to work with. Their hard work, attention to detail and effort to accommodate all of our needs was greatly appreciated. They completed 8 projects: installed a new 18’ x 24’ patio with fire pit, replaced old steps with a beautiful new deck, replaced rotted siding with new siding, replaced garage roof, built a pergola with a swing, planted a Zen garden around the swing, built a 8’ x 60’ bocce court, built six 8’ x 4’ cedar raised garden beds and a beautiful fence to protect the garden. In addition, they did a complete yard clean up and installed mulched beds, cobble stone edging and pea stone paths. All this was accomplished in 13 days by a team of four that worked non-stop!! I wish I could publish before and after pictures because that is the only way to show the amazing transformation of our property. The quality of their carpentry was also top notch.
