I called Milltown on a Sunday hoping to get on the list for Monday. Amazingly I got a call on Sunday evening. They came on Monday and not only installed the hot water connection, but also replaced an old leaky hot water shut off. This was in an almost impossible position to access, but he did it in a few minutes. Since he was there I asked him if he could repair a troublesome flush mechanism on one of my toilets. Once the work was booked, because our installation was complex, Joe came out and came up with a plan to vent the exhaust on the side of my house to minimize the number of pipes on the front of my house.
