He also repaired a few spots, replaced a gutter, and installed flashing on the roof. His communication is great and he really follows through on everything. "Cesar is so professional and knowledgeable. He was extremely patient with us. We were staining the deck and the color was off. Cesar and his crew had to sand the whole deck again and apply the color stain. It was a huge project and Cesar was patient and made sure it was done correctly. I couldn’t have asked for a better job. "Work was performed exactly as discussed and agreed to (match existing paint colors) at estimated cost. Start was delayed at our request due to high heat and humidity, with no complaints. Work was further delayed through no fault of Arch Painting due to continuous wet weather. Once a good weather window finally occurred, the work was performed quickly with no impact on us. We were totally satisfied with the quality of the work and the finished product."
