Originally came out in September for chimney inspection/cleaning. Was polite, explained everything, didn't mind questions. Shortly after had issues with damper. Came out that evening. Thoroughly inspected and reviewed options. New damper installed within a week.
They had to do the whole chimney over. They were so neat and clean. When they came into the house, they put plastic runners on the floor to walk on. They didn't leave anything after they finished the job. Everything was cleaned up neat and clean. They were wonderful.

They looked everything over, informed us that one chimney needed to be cleaned but the other did not, and some of the brick work was loose on the fireplace floor. I also requested a chimney cap and they suggested strengthening part of the chimney before installing. They provided an estimate within 24 hours and came out about a week later to do the work. Again, they were completely professional, pleasant and somehow despite cleaning the chimney and doing masonry work, did not create any dust or mess in the house.
