I was moving from New Jersey to California and wanted a moving company that I could rely on for such a long-distance move. I chose OT movers after doing some research, and I’m so happy I did! The team was punctual, professional, and took great care with all my items. They packed everything securely, and even though it was a long trip, there was no damage or issues. The delivery window was accurate, and the movers were respectful of my new home. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone moving cross-country.

They were Awesome to work with ! They texted me to let me know what time they would be there and they were very polite and careful with my stuff!

Promised great service it would all resolve issues after the service was completed. There was conflict from the beginning due to pricing that we resolved and compromised on. Upon delivery did not provide services such as keeping feet clean while going up and down carpeted stairs and also there were broken items afterwards. I was told that if anything came up broken, they would cover it For the dollar amount, but they decided not to address or acknowledge my complaints about broken or damaged items. They also blamed me for not providing supplies to make sure workers feet remain clean. I also found out that the workers that unloaded on this end that were contractors were paid only $50 each and so my fiancé and I gave them both $150 each in addition to the limited amount that they were paid. I would not recommend OT Movers. Disappointed in their final responses. Promise one thing and deliver another.

The service is really good , hard worker

Tariq is excellent to work with. With movers, sometimes it's "good cop" until they have your possessions, and then it's all "bad cop." But with OT Movers, they're "good cop" throughout the whole process, especially Tariq. While there were some questionable packing styles, everything made it to its new home intact. The team were patient and careful and efficient. The estimate was exact and there were no exceptions or surprise extra costs or fees. Tariq even visited during the estimate process to be fully apprised of the number and dimensions of items. I'd hire them again.

From booking the move, to the day of the move, everything was absolutely perfect!!. The communication, professionalism, and attention to detail was impeccable. I will have more moves in the future and from now on will always hire OT movers
