Arrived late English was poor Paid extra for them to pack pictures and all they did was put them in a box without packing. Very rude when they werenâ t happy with the tip. Payment methods limited.

"Hi Pam, thank you for the feedback. The payment options were limited because you had a direct delivery to PA, and because you had a direct delivery set up the payments had to be made either with Cash, USPS Money Order, Zelle, or Venmo. The payments had to clear immediately for this reason, if they were going to hold the shipment then you could have paid via personal check but unfortunately this was not available because you had a direct exclusive delivery done. Packing Services are an additional cost based on materials used only if you wanted to avoid the packing charge you could have asked them to remove the pictures or place them into your car instead."

The quote process was based on what I had to move and how I wanted things packed. For pricing, not the cheapest but You GET what you pay for. They did a GREAT job. Nothing lost nothing damaged. Would recommend it.

I used this company for the long distance move of my two bedroom apartment. I am delighted and highly recommend these guys. They arrived at the scheduled time and were very helpful and hardworking. The quote was for an 8 hour move but they were super fast and finished it earlier. Their prices are very competitive and there are no surprise charges or addons. The entire move was completely stress free. Highly recommend it.

I plan to move from NY to AL as a surprise for my wife. Initially I was unsure how I would respond to this. It is imperative that I maintain a comprehensive inventory of my pricey furnishings antiques and other collectibles. Everything went according to plan much above my expectations. Additionally they took great care in sorting and setting up the goods once they had been packed carefully. A must have item.

What we received from BQ Transport was comprehensive in scope. In a single day they had us packed transported and unpacked. It is rather remarkable considering they relocated the entire two bedroom house some fifty or so miles. The following day we resumed our regular routines. The men were all great to work with everyone. Overall the service was excellent swift and cordial.

The driver and partner were respectful and helpful. Example The driver brought my warmest jacket and asked if I wanted it packed or with me and I appreciate his concern. Nice guys trying to do what I needed and what they suggested. Very good experience. A few bumps are not their fault. Small door narrow hall and gave it they are all. No easy resolution. Made me comfortable with hard decisions.
