"I called the LOPCO office and received a phone call the same day to discuss the job. Tom asked me a few questions regarding the type of home and what power washing needed to be done. He provided a quote. I called him a couple days later to schedule the job. Tom told me that he would have a subcontractor do the work. I was given a set of instructions to prepare my home for power washing [e.g. remove screens, move the cars out of driveway, close all doors & windows, etc]. Given the forecast was rain, I called Tom to confirm the appointment and he said it was definitely something they could do in the rain. The subcontractor showed up as planned and did a wonderful job. He was very professional, courteous and completed the job in about 2 hours. My home had a few difficult spots to reach towards the top of the chimney and along the steep roof line; these were cleaned as well. He even washed my daughters small plastic house and my mailbox. I was very happy with the job and will use this company again in the future."
