"From the initial visit by Sergiy to consult on my needs and provide an
estimate through the final installation of the windows, Alliance
provided top-notch service.
There were a number of special issues:
1. They replaced five basement windows with rotted wooden frames
that were original to the 100+ year old house. They built new frames
for all those windows.
2. They replaced windows on an enclosed porch with rotted
sills--installing new wooden sills. There they took special care not to
damage a trumpet vine growing adjacent to the windows.
3. They removed  a garden window with extensive carpenter ant
damage and replaced it with a sliding window, taking special care not to
damage a 100-year-old grape vine growing adjacent to the window.
4. When they realized that our 30-year-old window air
conditioner would not fit in the new window, they agreed to install the
new 128-pound air conditioner we bought and carted the old one away.
The installers arrived right on time and worked throughout two full days
in uncomfortable hot and humid weather  to complete the project.
Everything was done professionally, and there were no surprise extra
charges.
