Marvin Smart Roofing Carpentry

They are not professional, not punctual, sloppy workmanship, over priced and they are listed high in Angies List. We did not know that but when we find under Angies List we wondering how that could be as they don’t do what Angies List. We had a leak in our roof and Marvin Smart Roofing Carpentry was supposed to come back and fix it permanently in the winter but they haven’t come back yet. So they were not dependable. They were suppose to show up in November when the roof leaked but they showed somewhere in mid-December. They came two days later after they put patch on the roof. We pad them twice for the same job. The roof leaked and they came and patched it. The roof leaked again after they supposedly fixed the leak. Then they didn’t show up and didn’t do the job until two days after the snow had snowed. I probably got 15 calls promising that they were going to do it. Dependability was poor and response time was poor. I would never recommend or use them in the future.

Everything went well Jason the forman knocked at the door very well spoken let me know where they were starting they made sure everything was done correctly and everything was picked up no mess . i woild use them again!!!

He is quite experienced and has been in business for years. He has an established business in town. He is trustworthy. I would use this company again.
