Found Brian on the Web and he came promptly, told us he like rehabbing older structures, and did a fine job replacing rotted or missing slats, replacing structure on its foundation so that it was balanced again, working out extremely reasonable, considerate schedule for payments. He and his men were mannerly and thoughtful in every respect; he even made improvements in the internal organization of the garage, such as moving ladder holder from higher to lower position on the wall for enhanced safety. "Barn Rescue – My barn was hit by a vehicle, which broke a large post and pushed section of siding out from under the roofline, plus major damage at ground level. Brad shored it up for the winter with an array of jacks and an enormous chain to ensure the thing wouldn’t fall down till they could return in the spring. Come spring, they fully replaced the damaged section’s support members and facade, and added bracing to the attic, rendering it stronger than before. Foundation support: The sagging beams and jerry-rigged support columns in the dirt basement of our 18th century house were inadequate. They dug and poured a dozen footings and lally columns, supporting a line of new 6x6 and 9x9 beams that provide solid support to the house above. They showed up promptly every day, worked fast, and left the site clean and finished. Both Brad and Chad have a deep knowledge about old houses and the techniques that were used, and I felt my historic register property was in good hands."

"Actually they started it beginning of August, and they just finished it last Thursday. I had a little trouble with them. The deck came out beautiful but I tell you they were very unprofessional, they made me wait, they never called me for weeks. The reason they finished it was because I went to the top and I called the owner and complained about them because they were making me wait. They never gave me my railings, they told me that the company cut them too short and then 3 weeks later, they didn't call me to tell me what's going on so I finally had to call the owner. They did beautiful work but I wouldn't hire them again. They do a good job but if you don't want the work done right away, hire them but if you want the work done right away and you want punctuality and professionalism, I wouldn't call them. I think their workers were very unprofessional, they left cigarette butts all over my yard, they never magnetized my yard for all the nails and they blasted their radio while they were at my house "
