We hired Clukey Construction to demolish an old 12x34 ft deck with screenroom area and build a new 12x18 ft deck, as well as frame and install a new exterior door just inside our bulkhead door in the basement, and install a new bathroom exhaust fan and vent it through the roof. The estimate Shawn provided was thorough, accurate, and fell right within the range this type of project should cost. He kept in contact with us from beginning to end and made sure that we were well informed throughout the entire project. Shawn and Neil are extremely professional and hard working. They were onsite everyday as long as weather permitted until the job was complete. Everyday they made sure our property was tidy and safe before leaving. "TJ installed three exterior doors in the house I recently moved to. We were suspicious of a lot of rot under the doors, especially the large front door, and wanted to make sure new doors were not just installed, but the entire framing repaired and replaced before new doors went in. TJ measured everything before his estimate (which was highly detailed and accurate) and came back to confirm measurements before ordering materials. He completed the work in the exact timeline he had given us, and was great at communicating over text and phone calls. He found and repaired the rot under the front door, and then repaired and installed two normal sized exterior doors, including our basement door which was a mess to begin with. TJ also had to deal with some not-so-great flooring installation from the previous owners, and he made it work. The floor looks great, you could never tell there was a 3ft by 5ft section removed and repaired just a day before. With TJ's help, we were able to custom order the exact door style we wanted, and he helped us with some design and materials choices. The house has been given an incredible facelift, and I feel so much better knowing the doors are safe and sturdy. TJ was extremely courteous and thoughtful in his work. He left the work area and property looking immaculate each day he worked with us. He was also very conscientious with our dog, which I appreciated. I have received massive compliments on all the doors, and will be working with TJ again for our deck this summer. We signed the contract with confidence and excitement because TJ's results are very professional and will certainly last a lifetime."

He proceeded to carry the AC unit from my car located in the garage, to the bedroom where it was going to be installed in a window there. He immediately unpacked the contents of the box. Andre is very knowledgeable about this type of work. He had to adapt some pieces, as the unit was not compatible with the type of window I have. Andre did this with ease. His work ethic is excellent.
