"I was very pleased with the mowing and weed wacking that was done. Mike was very prompt. We messaged back and forth a few times to work out the details. Set a day for him to come. Right on time. Did a great job"

"Bryan called immediately when I requested a quote to pressure wash our home and clean our windows inside and outside. This also included our porch, deck, a second garage, a patio and shed. Bryan came over to view and gave an estimate which we accepted. The job was completed yesterday. They did a fantastic job. We are very pleased. We definitely recommend J.B. Clearview. We will hire them again!!!"

"It went great. We were in good hands with the Ranieri family throughout the entire project. They are extremely reliable, diligent about keeping us informed about the process, and deeply knowledgeable about concrete deck installation and pool installation and care. Our 30+ year old 20x40 inground pool had crumbling old pavers around it and the pool plumbing needed replacing before we could put a deck in. The Ranieris were a one-stop-shop for this work. They replaced the plumbing, installed a new skimmer box, and poured a gorgeous curved edged 10' patio on one side and 4' deck around the rest of the pool. They are excellent communicators, keeping us informed all throughout the process and coordinated directly with our electrician to get the new ground wire installed and permitted before they poured. No hiccups at all with this process. This work happened this spring 2022, so there were supply and delivery issues with concrete that are outside of the contractor's control. From our perspective, the wait wasn't too bad, and the Ranieris kept us informed every step of the way. Their work is both art and science. We love what they built for us. We would hire the Ranieris for any future projects, and we highly recommend them."

"DST Power Washing was the first to respond to my request for a home to be power washed in Sturbridge. He was extremely prompt with my request for a quote and was able to accommodate the date and time that worked for me. The team arrived on schedule, were very respectful of the property, and worked as a team to complete the service. I learned during the visit that they are a multi- generational small business that takes great pride in their work. I highly recommend DST for any power washing job you may have. Pressure Washing questions, answered by experts

Generally 1-2 hours, depending on the area and level of dirt accumulation.

Yes, it is highly recommended to wash a house's exterior before painting to ensure the best results. Cleaning the surface removes dirt, dust, grime, mold, mildew, and old paint, which allows the new paint to adhere properly and results in a smoother, long-lasting finish. Failing to clean can lead to poor adhesion, peeling, and an uneven appearance. Pressure washing is an efficient method for this, but be cautious not to use excessive pressure that could damage siding or wood. For materials like vinyl or stucco, soft washing might be a better option. After washing, allow sufficient drying time, such as three to four days, before painting to prevent trapping moisture, which can cause blistering or peeling.

For pressure washing a driveway, a PSI (pounds per square inch) between 2,000 and 3,000 is recommended for both concrete and asphalt surfaces. A pressure of 3,000 PSI is ideal for deep cleaning without causing damage, effectively removing debris, dirt stains, and even oil spills. If your pressure washer has a lower PSI rating, you can still use it, but the cleaning process will take longer. For a more efficient and even clean, consider using a surface cleaner attachment.

Costs depend on fabric type, drape size, cleaning method, and whether additional services like pressing or deodorizing are included.

Your deck may look or feel fuzzy after pressure washing because the high-pressure spray tears some wood fibers as it removes the outer layer of dead and discolored wood. This fuzzy effect is a normal part of the pressure-washing process and will go away on its own in a few weeks. You can opt to spot-sand your deck if you’d like to remove it more quickly.
