"I had Year Round Heating come to service my 3 ductless mini split air conditioners. I had been having the company that installed them 7 years ago service them every year. I thought that they were cleaning them, and they charged $139 per unit plus parts if needed. I kept getting black particles but had been told by the old company it was just dust. When Joshua came to service my air conditioners he really cleaned them. He brushed, vacuumed and sprayed them. He went outside and checked the units to make sure they were functioning correctly. The air coming out of the air conditioners smells clean now and NO black particles. They always had an odor before. I thought the other company was cleaning them, but when I watched Joshua clean them I realized the other company did not. "Very expensive project having my Central Air and Furnace go out at the same time. We had a new furnace installed last week and we were not satisfied with how it was working. I called Hurley and David and had a technician come out, it was determined we needed a bigger BTU furnace. I spoke to Michelle Creek who ensured me they would order a new one and have it installed. They ordered it on 6/10 and it was installed today 6/12. Jimarri Scott came to install with his crew and he was awesome!!! Very knowledgeable, polite and professional.
