We had a problem with our central air conditioning system. In deciding who to call, I was so grateful that Joshua was referred to me from a previous satisfied customer. He responded quickly, accommodated our availability, and did an outstanding job. Price was very reasonable and didn't mind answering all our questions. Our central air is quite old, and I will not hesitate to have him put in a new system when the time comes.

Joshua got back to us within an hour about our mini split not working well. I was completely unfamiliar with mini splits. It was not an urgent problem but he got to us within a week. It turned out it was in need of a really good cleaning! I watched as he cleaned and it was really dirty. The airflow is amazing now! I know more about our system now and I will definitely get Joshua to clean it again. He told me every two to three years is usual. Great communication and a really nice guy.

I had been complaining to my oil company for over four years about inadequate heat and they said it was a design issue. Joshua from year-round was able to troubleshoot the problem and fix it. It was not a design issue. There was a part that failed and needed to be replaced. I called the oil company and gave termination notice for my service contract with them. I will be getting my boiler serviced by Joshua from Year-Round Heating and Cooling going forward.

Our family highly recommends Josh and Year Round HVAC. We have an old central AC system in our home, over 20 years old. We noticed dirt in the vents on our wall mounted units and realized that the insides of this system had likely never been cleaned, and we certainly didn't have the tools or expertise to get in these units and deeply clean them ourselves. A simple Google search led to me Josh's company. Even though I live in a town that isn't on his list of service areas, he still responded to my request promptly, and readily agreed to clean and service our AC system. Josh cleaned both of them quickly and a combination of UV Light and steam flushing, and these units have never looked, or smelled, better. Josh could have easily passed on this job, or told me our system was too old and to just plan on replacing it, but instead he enthusiastically took on the challenge and did a great job. Josh was pleasant, upbeat and cheerful, and clearly he loves doing this work. I will gladly call Josh again in the future for all my heating and AC needs.

Joshua was a pleasure to deal with, explained everything he was doing, taught me a thing or two about my AC unit, and fixed our AC in one short visit. Truly excellent.

Our mini-split A/C wasn't cooling after we stopped using it to heat the house. We were in the middle of a local heat wave, but Joshua was able to come the day after we sent in our request for service. He was very professional and explained all of the options for getting things cooling again. After checking out the unit, he added several pounds of refrigerant which fixed the problem. His rates were very reasonable (even during the heat wave) so we'll use his company in the future and highly recommend him to anyone needing similar service.

Year round heating and cooling has been servicing our boiler for years. Joshua has got us out of a Jam on 2 occasions when we had no heat. He has never left us without heat and has always been there for us .He was responsive and courteous. Year round heating and cooling is a great company to work with!

I have know Josh for going on 10yrs now. When I found out he left his job at a local contractor I sought him out that s how much I think he s worth hiring. He s so polite and punctual. His thoughtfulness for keeping your house clean while he is doing what ever you may hired him for is impeccable . I trust him so much with my home that when he is coming to do work on my home I leave the house unlocked and no 1 home. If you truly want somebody honest hire his company to do all your HVAC needs.
