They were so courteous and respectful and meticulous in their prep and carpentry work- and we had A LOT of things that needed fixing like rotted windowsills, broken deck stairs, incomplete trim moulding, broken shingles and a crooked garage cupola. They fixed it all! Now my 115 year old house looks so beautiful and I can’t thank Paul and his team enough. They were also so tidy and cleaned up their work areas every afternoon before they left. "Very well. At first I thought all I needed was to have the individual peeling shingles re-painted but Sean showed me that the previous painters hadn't primed or used the proper paint. So we came to an agreement on a very fair price, and he totally stripped, primed and stained the side of my house, the trim, plus the side deck and deck steps. He even filled a hole a woodpecker made in the trim and replaced a rotted section of trim before painting it. He was prompt, thorough and EXTREMELY neat with his work. He and his helper cleaned up their area so thoroughly you'd never know they had been there. Sean was very reliable and I would highly recommend him.
