Julio came out the day after he contacted me and gave me an estimate for my house. It was a fair price for the work I needed done. After agreeing to the offer he was able to start the job the following day. Juan did the majority of the work and was very pleasant and did a good job. I am very pleased with the work. The work consisted of removing rotted clapboard and sheathing. Install new sheathing and clapboard, chalk seams and removing all debris. I agreed to do the painting myself seeing that I have the time to do it and will add pictures when I finish.

I am along retired home improvement specialist. I submitted a detailed list of my expectations for the painting , staining and carpentry to J&C. They met all my expectations . Excellent results. I am very pleased.Captain Jack Duxbury

The painters were meticulous with every part of the project. They thoroughly sanded and chipped the old paint completely off. They were very well coordinated one painting the trim one painting the body one painting The doors it was just such a harmonious group that works for this company . I have neighbors and friends that have gone by the house and have called me just absolutely so impressed with the job that was done. My brother said to me , "it looks like very important people live in that house! " I can't thank them enough... what a beautiful beautiful job they did on my house that was getting worn from the storms. A+ all around ð ð

Julio was incredibly thorough. All the surfaces he painted he first scraped and sanded smooth. I highly recommend him.

I hired Julio to prep and paint the walls, ceiling and woodwork of one room. The workers did a good job on the prep work but rushed through the painting. They left the room a giant mess with dirt and debris all over. I spent many hours removing paint splatters from the floors, stairs and windows. They even painted the door hinges. Save yourself all the aggravation and hire a painter who cares about the job and not the schedule.

We recently used this company to partially finish our attic. I gave them a budget and I was told that they would completely finish one-bedroom and frame and insulate the other room. We told them that we did not want the cheapest materials used. Julio who is the contractor started complaining almost immediately about how the cost of materials was killing him. The only time we saw Julio was when he was looking for payments. As the project neared the end Julio said he never agreed to insulate the other room. In fact, he removed rolls of insulation and said he was returning them to recoup some of his costs. I have never heard of someone removing supplies from a work sight. We also had a closet built in the room and we had asked for some shelving to be built in the closet. When Julio came for his final payment I noticed that the shelving had not been done as agreed, there was no shelving at all. Julio said he would fix it before he left, well he took about ten minutes and threw something together real quick. He used old scrap wood that was all chipped and cracked. He used the same scrap wood for the access door he built into the wall. I feel Julio misquoted the job and used the absolute cheapest materials and took shortcuts to cover up shabby work. We will now need to bring in someone else to fix the shabby work that Julio did. I will definitely use someone else when we continue the remodel. I have no problems with the workers they were extremely professional there was just no communication from Julio.
