So we came to an agreement on a very fair price, and he totally stripped, primed and stained the side of my house, the trim, plus the side deck and deck steps. He even filled a hole a woodpecker made in the trim and replaced a rotted section of trim before painting it. He was prompt, thorough and EXTREMELY neat with his work. He and his helper cleaned up their area so thoroughly you'd never know they had been there. Sean was very reliable and I would highly recommend him. Derek came and gave me a complete estimate and how long it would take.  He and Bob arrived at 9am on a Saturday morning.  They took good care moving my furniture and covering everything, placing down drop cloths, etc.  They were very careful with their supplies, as I have an inquisitive cat.

They covered some stains I had on the ceiling from ice dams and patched a crack in an outer wall.  They did one coat on the walls and then lightly sanded to remove imperfections.  They left to complete another job and were gone longer than they anticipated, but they returned and completed the work and replaced everything to it's original location (including hanging curtains, etc.)
