"Very well. At first I thought all I needed was to have the individual peeling shingles re-painted but Sean showed me that the previous painters hadn't primed or used the proper paint. So we came to an agreement on a very fair price, and he totally stripped, primed and stained the side of my house, the trim, plus the side deck and deck steps. He even filled a hole a woodpecker made in the trim and replaced a rotted section of trim before painting it. He was prompt, thorough and EXTREMELY neat with his work. He and his helper cleaned up their area so thoroughly you'd never know they had been there. Sean was very reliable and I would highly recommend him. "I could not have asked for a better experience - I would gladly (and WILL gladly) hire Wynne Painting again.  I was so pleased with my first experience (for job #1 listed above) that once I saw the finished product I picked up the phone to ask if they were available for another job (job #2 listed above).  Note - the cost above includes both jobs.  I was equally satisfied with the second job and plan on calling again in the future.  Below are the three things that impressed me the most:
(1)  Quality of the work:  Let's face it, if you don't have this, the other things don't matter!  In both cases the results surpassed my expectations.
(2)  Responsiveness:  This is often a struggle with contractors and I was very impressed that I was able to get someone on the phone immediately or if I had to leave a message, my call was returned very quickly.
(3)  Willingness to partner with me to reach a win-win situation:  My original scope of the project came in above budget when they priced it out for me.  I explained the ball-park that I wanted to be in and they were able to recommend adjustments to my original plan that would help me stay within budget while not sacrificing the quality of the finished outcome.
Every other aspect was great too:  arrived and finished in the time frame I was quoted, cleaned up after the crew so outside of the finished product, you would never know workers were there, crew was polite/respectful, etc.
