"So far, so good. The finished project looks great; it really hasn't been tested yet as there has been little or no rain. Groundwater used to flow through the cellar after heavy rains so we'll see it the subsurface floor drain works. The floor looks good, the price was right (lowest of three bids) and Beth was very helpful and available to answer all my questions. At the moment, I'm very happy."

"I came home from work to find all my drains were not draining. I tried some basic troubleshooting, but could not figure out the issue. I called heritage ( which was after hours). Within an hour, the technician Derek arrived, I gave all the information to him, and he started immediately. We narrowed it down to an issue with the septic. 10pm we are outside digging up the septic to get a look. Dereks knowledge and experience quickly identified the issue. The whole time he was friendly and informative. It didnâ t matter the time of night it was, he was determined to fix the issue. He was repairing in a way that would keep the cost down. That rarely happens with contractors. Within 30 minutes, he had the main drain cleared from the house to the septic. Derek even took the effort to double check from the opposite end in my house to make sure it was up to his standards. The whole time he is sharing knowledge and explaining the cause and effects and how the system is designed. When the job was finished, we went over the invoice. I couldnâ t believe the price! For emergency service, and the work that was done, the price was extremely fair. I highly recommend heritage plumbing and heating, and of course Derek."

"A friend of mine referred me to Viper Drain Cleaning. I couldn’t get the tub to drain properly so after trying a few remedies I called them to help me out. The guy who showed up was friendly and professional. He wore plastic wraps over his boots and thoroughly cleaned the tub afterwords. "After several days of heavy rain, we noticed a small amount of water in the basement near the pipe that goes out to the septic. Key had someone come take a look at it and quickly identified the problem. A few weeks later, the team should up and fixed the problem in about 3 hours.
