I looked into the job and I definitely found out we did not perform at our typical high standards, and the net result was your experience was not great. We take the trust customers put in us when they have us work on their homes very seriously, and it is an awful feeling when we fall short. I would really like an opportunity to discuss certain things that occurred during the job and why, and also hear more details of your impressions. I am happy that you did end up with really great windows and a well finished product. Sometimes during jobs we do make mistakes, but we will never not make things right. We never ask for final payment until receiving a signed completion certificate that clearly states that the job was completed to a customer's satisfaction.
